Ask Ozi uses a small number of cookies and browser local-storage entries to operate the service. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Local storage
These are not cookies — they're stored in your browser and never sent to us automatically, only read by the page when needed:

ozi_save_dismissed_<productId> | Remembers if you dismissed the "save this chat" prompt, so it doesn't reappear. |
ozi_welcome_seen | Remembers if a business Owner has seen the first-time welcome walkthrough. |
theme | Your light/dark mode preference. |
Controlling cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies (like the authentication ones above) will prevent sign-in from working. Anonymous chat does not require cookies to function.
