How accurate are the answers?
The agent answers only from the documentation you upload, and cites its sources inline — customers can expand any citation and see exactly which manual it came from. If the docs don't contain the answer, it says so and offers an escalation path instead of guessing.
What happens when the AI can't answer?
That's where Ask Ozi is different: the customer sees a card with real options — request a callback (you get their number as a ticket), or reach your configured phone / WhatsApp / email. On Business plans the agent can also open a support ticket by itself, so nothing gets lost in a chat transcript.
What can I upload as knowledge?
PDF manuals (up to 25 MB / 1000 pages each), YouTube videos (we pull the transcript), web pages, and plain text like FAQs. Everything is indexed together per product.
Does it work in other languages?
Yes — customers can ask in their own language and the agent answers from your docs regardless of what language the docs are written in.
What happens if I go over my monthly sessions?
On paid plans your agent keeps answering — extra sessions are billed at $0.02 (Pro) or $0.01 (Business) each, so a good month never takes your support down. The free plan pauses at its limit until the next cycle.
Do my customers need an account or an app?
No. Scanning the QR opens a normal web chat — no app install, no signup. Customers can optionally save their conversation with just an email if they want to come back to it.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Create a product, upload a manual, and download your QR code. The agent is answering as soon as the document finishes indexing — typically under a minute for a normal manual.
What about my data and my customers' privacy?
Your documents are used only to answer questions about your products — never to train models, never sold. Details in our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — self-serve from the billing page. Your access continues to the end of the paid period, and your data stays intact if you downgrade.
